Through this ageing process, this whisky develops a smooth profile with coconut, vanilla and coconut notes. ~~~~~ SECOND BARREL :: OLOROSO SHERRY CASK Transferred to hand-selected European Oloroso sherry casks from Spain’s finest bodegas for a year, this whisky acquires depth and a complex flavour profile, revealing hints of dried fruits, oak, and spice. ~~~~~ THIRD BARREL :: PEDRO XIMENEZ CASK Following the finishing process, this whisky is further aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for an additional six months. The sherry wood imparts a rich, sweet and full bodied flavour.
